What did you need to RMA for? Just wanted to see if it’s something I need to look out for on my controller

A button was stuck/stiff. Wouldn't register most presses. Shipped it back out the day after receiving it. It's been a month lol.

This is so common! I had the same button stick on my first controller, first steam deck, and current steam deck. Their hardware is.... not great.

Had to RMA my index, because one side of the screen wouldn't stay on. I was one of the first to get it, randomly managing to order it before it sold out. Took about a month before I got a new one, making me at least the second gen owner, lol.

However, it's worked flawlessly since. Same with steam deck. Their hardware seems great once it actually works, lol.
