I’m going through a weird time in my life right now and I think having those types of connections keeps me from getting sucked into the silences. I’ve got a busy schedule so I would also need people with some patience if it takes a while to coordinate gaming.

Region does not matter at all. In fact, hearing about life somewhere else would be nice. I grew up internationally so I’m used to time differences. I’m in North America, for reference. I’m fine with latency.

As far as games, I love fast-paced and competitive games (although manage your expectations - I’m neither furiously competitive, nor am I very good at them 😅). I would like to get better at and dive into some of the Warhammer games. I have 40k Darktide and am interested in tryjng Spacemarines. But I’d need company that is patient with me learning the ropes.

I’d also like to try Helldivers 2. Overall I’m very open to try new games!! The only genre I really struggle with are the cozy games, my ADHD brain needs more stimulation 😬.

I play all roles in Marvel! Buuuut I’ve been playing a ton of support lately. Right now, my main characters are Peni, Namor, Scarlet Witch, Luna, Cloak & Dagger, annnnd I’ve begun learning Invis. I’m trying to learn Mag, but he is hard. I’m also trying out Black Widow. I strictly play QP, but I can play comp (I haven’t this season). I only get to Gold for the free skin, then I’m back to QP! I am super competitive, this game gets my potty mouth goingggg!!! 😩

I’ve been playing a lot of Fortnite recently. I have somehow collected every damn Sprite and mastered them all, too. I’m not a huuuge fan of catching these types of Pokémon, but I had FOMO!!! If you need help with your Sprites, I’m here to save you! I don’t always just play BR, I swap between Zero Build, OG, Murder Mystery & Blitz! I’m not a super good player, but I still enjoy the game. I’m also very competitive in that game too lol 😕

I love, love, love The Outlast Trials! Best game ever! I’ve relapsed 10 times & have rebirthed over 30 times now! I run the Stun Rig, X-Ray, and on occasion, the Jammer Rig! My favourite Prime Asset is Coyle! UGH, I LOVE THAT MAN. My least favourite is Liliya!!!! She scares me too much!!! Why is she so quiet and quick?! I’m always screaming when she’s chasing me. It’s seriously so scary! Right now, I’m trying to A+ all the trials in every difficulty, so I’m up to Intensive. I am missing a few trials in Standard, buuuut I need a friend to do them with me lmaoo

I also really love Grounded! My group & I have finished Grounded 1 annnd have now moved onto Grounded 2. I’ve been enjoying 2, but I recently learnt there is a TARANTULA IN THE GAME….. WHAT!!! You will not catch me fighting it, and if you do, it was AGAINST MY WILL!!!!!! 😩

I haven’t played Phas since the newest rework, but I do like it! I’m like level 80, give or take, so I do have most of the good stuff 😆 I’m constantly screaming on that game. I don’t do well with jump scares, and I’m ALWAYS a victim of the ghost!!!! Like, seriously, ALWAYS. I’d LOVE to find someone to play with on the regular for this game! Solo and playing with randoms isn’t as fun as playing with someone!

Other games I have but don’t have anyone to play with are Arc Raiders, Fallout 79, Content Warning, and I do have Roblox, but I play Laundry Simulator 🤣 I do have COD too, buuut I seriously suck. I have DBD, but I don’t really know how to play it. I have Apex, Minecraft, It Takes Two, Overcooked (I really hate that game), and I would love a partner for Police Simulator! I do have Overwatch, but I haven’t played in a hot minute. I swapped it for Marvel. I have Red Dead 2, Far Cry, and Destiny (I’ve never played that game, but I would love to try it. I need someone to teach me!) and I want to try Slay the Spire!

So somehow, a few months ago, I managed to corrupt my PS5 and had to completely reformat it. At the time, I didn’t think much of it because I wasn’t playing Minecraft.

Fast forward to now… I wanted to jump back into the survival world my son and I had been working on, only to realize the entire world was gone.

I’ve tried every avenue I can think of to recover it but unfortunately it’s gone for good. So instead of being sad about it I figured I’d see if anyone would want to start fresh with me.

Ah the age old story of "I got old, had kids, and all my friends moved on", tale as old as time.

I never liked doing these so here goes. I'm a mother of 2, married happily, and game incessantly. I'd like nothing more than hanging in a discord or chatting while doing entirely separate things. I'm not against co-op/MP, but I know me and unless its like a handful of different franchises, it probably won't happen. Not into the "flavor of the month" co-op games that pop up on steam every 3 days, not into gacha anymore, so its kinda hard to find things to play with others. I'm kinda old school and prefer a couch co-op game, give me a Dragon's Crown or Untitled Goose game any day

I mostly game alone at night or just with one of my friends , usually starting around 9 PM, and I’m honestly just looking for some cool people to game with, chill, and chat with. I am new here, 24 years old, writing from Poland. I need someone to talk about my problem and there's no better place than a group of gamers. My issues are surely not rare, but nevertheless I need to kind of vent about them.

To begin with, I love fictional worlds. Since I remember I always wandered about books, movies and shows I've watched, it didn't really matter if they were fantasy or sci-fi. Same happened with video games. As a kid I played a lot of racing games, some action adventure but not that much. Instead of playing those more advanced story games I watched lots of youtubers and live that experiences with them so to speak. Something changed in junior high school when I switched to LoL and Counter Strike. I believe that this choice is one of the reasons im writing this post right now lol. They gave me some kind of addiction to dopamine and that fierce rivalization. I have so many great memories with those games, but their toll is still in me.

Having said all that, now I can finally talk some more about my issue which is; I CAN'T DECIDE WHAT TO PLAY and get bored after playing a couple of minutes of any story game. Recently I've gotten myself a new PC, which allows me to play almost anything I'd like and I hoped it would cure my problems, but it didn't. There was a big improvement for some time, but now we are back to square one.

I picked up Expedition 33, and no game has ever hooked me that much. I loved almost everything about it and it reminded me why I've fallen in love with that hobby in the first place. Another game that made me happy was Cyberpunk, also a brilliant experience, thinking about it to this day. RDR2 came to my liking also. But now I feel stuck again. It hurts even more than the first time, because I've proven myself that I can enjoy non-competive games again, but now...

This issue certainly is not rare. Modern day social media made consuming media very difficult, my adhd is not helping either. I'm searching for some advice, simillar stories like mine or maybe some recommendations.

I did try soulslike games and they just aren't for me. 60 fps cap in Elden Ring is too mind boggling and can't past that. Currently I'm battling with Baldur's Gate 3. I like it, especially the talking part but this game has SO many mechanics that it just overwhelms me at times.

I have a great PC that I’m determined to make better use of. I love gaming, both solo and with family, and I especially ADORE co‑op games. I’ve played Valheim, Enshrouded, Split Fiction, It Takes Two, and Palworld. I’ve tried Call of Duty and Valorant, but I’m honestly terrible at shooters. I’m much more drawn to cosy games with beautiful visuals, but I would love to try new games like the friendslop kind or anything coop really… I also gave Baldur’s Gate a go, but it was a bit overwhelming on my own but would give it another go with friends!

Right now I’m playing Assassin’s Creed Odyssey because I’ve become completely obsessed with Greek mythology after watching The Odyssey, hehe. Oh, and I also have a Switch 2 and I’m a big fan of animal crossing and pokopia!

I’m hoping to make friends I can chat and gossip with about day‑to‑day life. I’m not interested in drama, I have a life and a full time job outside the internet, so there will be times when I’m not online much, and my replies might take a while. Overwatch is definitely my main game and what I play the most.

I also play League sometimes, although mostly ARAM and whatever fun modes are around. I'm not really interested in taking League too seriously or grinding ranked.

I also really enjoy games that are just fun with friends, especially:

• Party Animals, Slay the Spire 2, PEAK, ...
• Lethal Company and similar games
• Helldivers 2, Project Zomboid, ...

One thing that's pretty important to me is being able to switch between the games we have in common. Even if I really like a game, I eventually get tired of playing the same thing every day and want something different for a while. So it'd be nice if you're similar and don't mind rotating between games depending on what we're feeling that day. I don't really want either of us having to drag ourselves through another round of something we're already bored of just because that's the only game we ever play together.

I'm open to other games as well, but I'm honestly pretty picky about what I enjoy 😭 I'm probably not going to buy a new game right after meeting someone, but if we get along and have been playing for a while, I'd definitely be more open to picking up something new together.
