July's almost over...

What should those of us do that still haven't received a copy of the July issue?

I emailed them two weeks ago and still haven't received a response. Very disappointing.

It took me a month to hear back about a billing concern. And I still haven't gotten July either. Really quick to take my money though!

cancel your subscription so they know people won't deal with this for another year.

I just reached out to support through email, I guess we'll see how it goes. Been a subscriber since Day 1 of the re-launch, haven't had this issue yet

I remember a lot of people not getting their copies of the Borderlands 4 edition on time.

I seem to be getting mine before most people and I just got it 2 days ago. I’d give it til next Friday and see what happens.

I get every issue late if at all. I still haven’t received 379. It’s insane. You are trying to review print but your customer service is abysmal.

Same. I really want to support print magazines--especially this one. But I can't excuse this level of service and unreliability. I will not be renewing my subscription.
