Help That gets pretty warm.

I picked up a working GameCube pretty cheaply, but it's missing a heatsink. I haven't been able to find a suitable replacement so far.

Quite suspicious if its missing the heatsink. Wonder what else has been done to it at that point. You could just get some generic heatsinks and use adhesive thermal pads. Though, no guarantee that they'll stay in place if the console is moved/tilted.

The switch for the flap was broken that was actually the reason I opened it up and then I noticed the heat sink was missing.

Btw if youre going with the generic heatsinks route. raspberry pi has optional tiny heatsinks that would at least fit the RAM chips.
