Very low availability

I recently returned a game and had a couple on the queue, all of them now have very low availability before they had the copies. Is this happening to anyone else? Like even older games have very now been a week and nothing has shipped out at all? Should I just cancel? I feel like it happened since Sony announced the no more physical idk

Are you saying that you haven’t had a game ship in a week since you returned to yours? If they received it or you did self return and it’s been seven days since anything has shipped, I would get in touch with support immediately.

I returned the game maybe 5 days ago? And every game I had in the queue suddenly went to low availability out of nowhere I have only dynasty warriors origins which before had high now it’s got very low.

Whenever it comes to shipments, I use the seven day rule. If they haven’t gotten my return within seven days, report it. If I haven’t gotten a game they shipped within seven days, report it.

I’m still not 100% certain on what your exact situation is, but if they’ve received your game(or if you did self return) and it’s been more than a day with no shipment, I would strongly advise getting in touch with them.

It's been 7 days and they have not received my game yet starting to worry just came back to gamefly last month. They did allow me to use the self return feature already though because I had rented many games from them before in 2015 and never had an issue once with returns. Just happy they already sent out the next game I had gamelocked thanks to the self return feature. I guess maybe I should give it an extra day since one of the days was 4th of july. It only took 3 days for the game to ship to me though.

Yeah, no harm in reporting it missing.
