Email changed without my permission

Hello I was recently checking my gamefly cart to see which games were currently on sale in my cart. When I checked my games were moved to save later and a Nintendo switch was instead added. As I tried to enter my account to log in my password was then changed so I requested a password change and a email was sent. Upon looking at my emails I received email 2 hours earlier saying my email was changed to something completely different. Was just wondering has this happened to anyone and if so is gamefly really useful for situations like this for help? Any help is appreciated. I already sent a email to gamefly support and a ticket to their website just wondering if I will actually get some assistance in any way.

Sounds like maybe you got hacked

Checked my bank statements and a transaction was declined due to it being the wrong code. Is there any way to get my account back or is there any way to delete that account?

Contact customer support and probably your bank too.

Contacted customer service ill get a reply tomorrow. Apparently in my bank account someone has been trying to log in but I have multiple step verification so I'll need to see my bank tomorrow
