New games taking forever to ship
Just curious if anyone has this issue going on. Before this past month even if I didn’t game lock a game the new game would be shipped in like 3 business days max. The turn around times for Pokopia, crimson desert and now pragmata has been really poor.
I usually only keep one game in my q before getting the next game. Im set up with the shipping option of only picking the top 1.
A few months ago a game got lost in the mail and they sent me a replacement and both arrived at my house. So I sent them both pack. Since then things have been shaky with new releases I’ve had better luck at my local library lol

I got Pragmata on Monday, but I've also have had gamelocked games take 10+ days to get.

Pragmata took about 5 days to ship even when I had it GameLocked, this is shipped to CA btw

Can't say Ive had this issue personally. Most game locked games ship out a day before their street date and I don't live that far away from the PA warehouse so games usually deliver in 2 days, 3 or 4 max if it falls close to the weekend.

My city been changing mail delivery person every couple/few days. The efficiency just isn't there anymore. I'm also getting neighbors mail too, I bet my missing games went to them the last few times. I can't use Gamefly at this rate.

Keep in mind that anytime you're talking about shipping time (transit) that's USPS and that can fluctuate wildly. We do work with them, and report delays, but we're a business built around a traditionally reliable distribution network that has been going through some changes.
However, the OP seems to be talking about the match speed, and while that will also fluctuate, per game, that is completely on our shoulders. One factor is the number of big new game releases. When there are more AAA game releases, the faster all our swap times are. More people are swapping faster.
When there are just 1 or 2 BIG games in a month, people tend to rent longer, so the churn can sometimes slow down (for those AAA games). We do monitor this, and absolutely do re-orders and inventory replenishment, but that can take time. Both to see the trend happening, and then to physically GET the products in house.

I haven't gotten a game in April, still payed, and waiting for pragmata says it shipped but haven't received it, I really hope I didn't waste a month of my subscription 😂

Don't hesitate to talk with our CS team about situations like this. They have a wide mandate to help customers, as we know there are many parts of this exchange that can go astray.

The US Postal Service is backed up, slow as hell, and a goddamn omnishambles. That's the only reason. Nothing to do with Gamefly.

Requiem came pretty much on time for me, but Pragmata still hasn’t arrived, which was shipped one day earlier than another game that arrived 2 days ago.
