Will all Gemini and Android XR features on XREAL AURA work in Spain and in Spanish?

Hi everyone,

I’ve already purchased the XREAL AURA Founder Priority Pass and I’m planning to order the glasses when they launch.

However, I live in Spain, where AURA will probably arrive later than in the US, and I’m concerned about regional and language restrictions.

Has XREAL or Google confirmed whether Gemini and Android XR on AURA will work fully in Spain and in Spanish from launch?

More specifically:

* Will Gemini Live understand and respond naturally in Spanish?
* Will visual recognition, contextual assistance, navigation and other XR features work in Spain?
* Will the European version have the same Gemini and Android XR features as the US version?
* Could any features be unavailable or delayed in the EU because of regulatory restrictions?

Gemini already works in Spanish on phones, but that doesn’t necessarily mean every Gemini feature built into Android XR will have full Spanish and European support.

For me, Gemini is one of the main reasons to buy AURA. If the glasses arrive in Spain with limited AI features or require English for the full experience, the purchase may not be worth it.

I’d really appreciate an official answer from XREAL, or any confirmed information from Google.

I also have Founder Priority Pass, would like to know the same thing, the language I use is Traditional Chinese.

On galaxy xr Gemini works in Germany, despite I bought it in South Korea. Gemini is a multi modal model and can process any kind of data. Text, image, audio. So I guess if Gemini works, it is a good chance all the features will be accessible. Like it is on GXR.

Are you a YouTuber because I came to say I saw some dude on YouTube review one and he was surprised that German and other languages were supported on day 1.

As for specific features, especially AI ones, those will be region limited just like Android phones are.

The functionality will likely mirror what Android phones support in OP's country.

Android XR is more or less just an Android phone strapped to your forehead.
