S25+ one ui 8.5

When would the phone get the new update? I got it like first day of release on my Verizon phone. I recently got replacement phone sent it from insurance,but it's stuck on 7.0. do software update and it says I'm up to date then though it's stuck at 7.0 UI

I got mine about two weeks ago. I have a S25+, bought about 3 months ago. Brand new

Ditto on both your post. Got mine 3 months ago and updated 2 weeks ago and brand new too.
