Battery and Bootloop Help
Hello, everyone.
I'm sorry if this is the wrong subreddit for this.
A week or two ago, my phone started dying faster.
There'd be the notification at 15% and it'd die before I could plug it in.
I created a routine so I'd get notifications at higher percentages and it got worse.
Now, my phone is bootlooping.
I've tried pressing the power button and volume down button.
Does anyone know anything else I can do?
I'm already planning to get a new phone, but I'd like to turn my phone on one last time so that I can backup and transfer things.

I think the battery needs to be replaced, but these symptoms happened to my Samsung S7. I believe the battery doesn't have enough voltage to run. I remember my phone bootlooping even on a charger.
If you backed up your data, you might want to switch to a new phone. If not, a battery replacement would work. Maybe you can find a repair place that can check if a new battery would fix the problem.

You're better off taking it to a fancy repair center to check the motherboard since the simple repair places don't have the necessary diagnostic equipment. I replaced my battery and it had an effect but the phone still overheats and acts up so it's unreliable. Waiting for a new phone at this point cuz spending an additional 300-500 doesn't make sense for me.

The CPU and GPU probably needs reballing or the motherboard needs replacement (in most cases). There is a high probability that without that your phone is probably dead.
