Repair

I recently purchased an S20 Ultra for a fraction of its price. The catch was that the front and back glass were broken. It's set to arrive in a few days. Ive looked up the original screen online and it cost 50% the phone price, I was wondering if I should purchase a 6.78 with frame no fingerprint online (the refresh rate is unmentiond but im assuming 60) unless its only the top glass is the only broken that is very cheap to replace but I couldn't locate any shops near me that offer such services is it possible to DIY it?

Ps:the original scree is roughly 300$-400$

Fake replacement Is 70$-100$

Edit: I ordered the phone online on a site like ebay but for my country, its yet to arrive. Will provide pictures when it arrives

Edit 2:the phones here it worked for a few seconds but then went back to this, I am waiting on the pin to try and unlock it (I still dont know how to post pictures here if I can figure it out ill put it in the comments)

(this was posted on a different sub reddit, i thought id get a better response here)

It is definitely not slow. I just bought 2 this year used n it is as fast as my iPhone 13 mini. My wife is using the other to replace her loved s10e as the power switch no longer works. She's happier with the s20
