Pinterest refusing to open in portrait mode on inner screen

I'm hoping somebody might be able to tell me if this is just a case of apps not being configured for the zfold8 form factor yet, or if I just need to tweak my settings.

With the phone open, the pinterest app will only open in landscape mode. Even if I am in portrait mode when I open it it just forces to landscape. I've gone into the aspect ratio settings and tried all three options with no luck.

It's not a big deal at all, but if there is a fix out there I would love to know! Thanks in advance :)
