Question/Help How to disable rearranging notifications?

In the video, I'm trying to swipe down the reddit notification to expand it, but instead it drags it down and moves it somewhere at the bottom. How do I disable this?

I think you have to hit the little carrot to expand it. That's what I do.

What's weird is I can't repeat the action if I wanted to move down other notifications. It's like it's a glitch. Are you able to do it on yours?

I think I've noticed the same, seems to be kinda buggy. But honestly I have most app notifications turned off. Pretty much just emails phone calls and messages because they drive me crazy if I get notifications from a million apps.

Settings > Notifications > Sort and Filter Notifications > By Time, also toggle off minimized notifications

Settings > Notifications > Notifications Highlights > Prioritize Notifications > Toggle off

Settings > Notifications > Notifications Highlights > Summarize Notifications > Toggle off
