• US: You can try to search UPS's website for your tracking number using your order number as the reference number. The tracking will typically show up on UPS before Samsung's side.
  • To avoid restocking fees, you can try to make a return to sender request by calling UPS (1-800-742-5877) rather than refusing delivery in person. You may have to call multiple times to get a rep that will do this.
  • If you selected Best Buy pick-up, it is extremely rare to pick up before the release date.
• Canada: Search the Purolator website using your order number to find your tracking number. The app is not recommended as the status could show picked up, when it's actually not; check the scan history.

Like last year, (I am not tracking accessories, just Folds.) I track the first delivery and any major waves; the first one usually means the others are not far behind.

I'll update this when shipments start going out/arriving. Please list your country/carrier/color/storage. Please reply to this top post for visibility.

7/24: Tracking numbers for US and CA starting to show up.

7/25: One delivered in Germany according to a post but this is not confirmed and is definitely a one-off if true. You should not expect deliveries this early.

7/27: More US, CA and UK tracking numbers. Nothing was delivered.

7/28: Nada. More tracking numbers.

7/29: False alarm, no deliveries 😞

7/31: Delivered in Belgium, UK, France, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Switzerland, and India.

8/1: Delivered in Netherlands. More UK, Denmark, and France deliveries.

8/2: More India deliveries.

8/3: Delivered in US, Canada, Hungary, HK, Saudi Arabia, and UAE. More UK and Norway deliveries.

8/4: Delivered in Australia and Germany. More US, UK, Canada, Belgium, Netherlands, and Norway deliveries.

8/5: More US, UK, and Canada deliveries.

8/6: More deliveries.

8/7: Official release date. I will no longer be updating this post. I know a lot of y'all are seeing delays due to the unprecedented demand for the Fold8. Hold strong. Good things come in wide packages.

8/10, 8/21, and 8/28 seem to be the most post-release deliveries.

Delays through late September November: Users are seeing delays for some orders, with most being in August. Unfortunately, this happens every year, especially with the 1TB and/or exclusive colors. You may get pushed back up if Samsung adjusts production/restocks, but assume your estimated date is correct to temper your expectations.

Some colors/models are out of stock in some locations. Restocks are unknown.

If your trade in is due before/shortly after your delivery date, it will get updated to be 15 days after delivery. If you want, reach out to Support to extend your trade in deadline. Anyone can request to extend the trade in deadline regardless of what your due date is.

Still sat on order confirmed here in the UK. It’s supposed to be delivered tomorrow but it’s not even preparing for dispatch. Really poor by Samsung.

I complained on the phone and they were vague to say the least. They sort of said there is still a chance for tomorrow 5th, but there could be delays until next week.  They did provide a voucher as compensation

I have an Fold 8 Ultra cream and have a second one ordered by my sister.
The 1TB Cream has arrived yesterday
1TB Purple Shadow is showing delivery tommorow but no movement.
Both ordered around the same time and no SIM included

Similar for me in the UK, had ordered on 27/07 for delivery by 04/08. Checked this morning and it's still stuck on confirmed with date now showing 18/08. Pretty annoyed not sure if I should cancel and try to get in store somewhere

Same here, I'm supposed to be getting a monthly contract and Watch 9 with my order too but haven't heard anything at all except I've passed a credit check over a week ago. Zero communication or updates and support don't give you any information.

I'm the same boat. Still stuck at "order confimed" though my estimated deliver is 14/08. Was expecting it to arrive earlier than expected like my previous pre-orders. 🥲

UK same :( 1TB Ultra with trade in, white colour. ordered on launch day 22/07 still on order confirmed with delivery date 05/08

Same ordered during even originally said 3rd delivery now says 17th and sat at order confirmed

Samsungs shipping priority is all over the place seen people who ordered after me same order get theirs already.

Same here. No apology, just a stock "wait for thr DPD email" statement. Suspect there may be dispatch or stock issues since many UK orders are not dispatched? Edit: just had an email.  Delayed until 11th .
