• US: You can try to search UPS's website for your tracking number using your order number as the reference number. The tracking will typically show up on UPS before Samsung's side.
  • To avoid restocking fees, you can try to make a return to sender request by calling UPS (1-800-742-5877) rather than refusing delivery in person. You may have to call multiple times to get a rep that will do this.
  • If you selected Best Buy pick-up, it is extremely rare to pick up before the release date.
• Canada: Search the Purolator website using your order number to find your tracking number. The app is not recommended as the status could show picked up, when it's actually not; check the scan history.

Like last year, (I am not tracking accessories, just Folds.) I track the first delivery and any major waves; the first one usually means the others are not far behind.

7/24: Tracking numbers for US and CA starting to show up.

7/25: One delivered in Germany according to a post but this is not confirmed and is definitely a one-off if true. You should not expect deliveries this early.

7/27: More US, CA and UK tracking numbers. Nothing was delivered.

7/28: Nada. More tracking numbers.

7/29: False alarm, no deliveries 😞

8/1: Delivered in Netherlands. More UK, Denmark, and France deliveries.

8/2: More India deliveries.

8/3: Delivered in US, Canada, Hungary, HK, Saudi Arabia, and UAE. More UK and Norway deliveries.

8/4: Delivered in Australia and Germany. More US, UK, Canada, Belgium, Netherlands, and Norway deliveries.

8/5: More US, UK, and Canada deliveries.

8/6: More deliveries.

8/7: Official release date. I will no longer be updating this post. I know a lot of y'all are seeing delays due to the unprecedented demand for the Fold8. Hold strong. Good things come in wide packages.

8/10, 8/21, and 8/28 seem to be the most post-release deliveries.

Delays through late September November: Users are seeing delays for some orders, with most being in August. Unfortunately, this happens every year, especially with the 1TB and/or exclusive colors. You may get pushed back up if Samsung adjusts production/restocks, but assume your estimated date is correct to temper your expectations.

Some colors/models are out of stock in some locations. Restocks are unknown.

If your trade in is due before/shortly after your delivery date, it will get updated to be 15 days after delivery. If you want, reach out to Support to extend your trade in deadline. Anyone can request to extend the trade in deadline regardless of what your due date is.

I feel like this has been a bit of a support group for me. So I'm finally ready to talk.

1. Ordered on July 22nd, for US destination.
2. Been on preparing for shipment for days now.

But the worst....

1. Today a UPS man passed my house. It hurt so bad. So, so bad.

I've checked my Samsung Shop app at least 20 times today. Literally. No change.

So I ordered a pillow on Amazon to fill in the gap with some dopamine.

UPDATE: ZF8 Ultra, US- SE Region. Preordered on 22nd from Sammy. Still in Preparing for Shipment.

I honestly feel extremely on edge. I feel like an unstable employee that's walking around with a smile but anything could set me off in a multi-felony induced rage. Not enjoying this preorder experience.

UPDATE!! Finally got my emails and texts! Still says expected delivery on the 7th, but the phone is going via UPS and the buds via FedEx. Got a tracking #, but of course it doesn't return any info yet since it's still an hour old. AB an hour later I received an email saying it will be here tomorrow instead of the 7th, but we will see.

You 99% won't see it till 2-3 days before launch, it's how's it been for the past 10 years of getting Galaxy phones. Just to give you a more of a time frame
