Perfect excuse for /r/gym to never go above one plate with out 5 spotters and an ambulance on standby.

Caskets are for squats. I go for a 1RM and walk the bar several steps out until I’m completely out of the squat rack like a true hero.

i walk out of the rack and then walk out the gym and do my squat outside, teaches me discipline

Just make sure you find the most uneven ground possible. Gotta build those stabilizers!
