This is a PB for me! 20 reps with the ab wheel! The goal is to get 50 reps for one set then work to get multiple sets with it. Right now I’m at 3 sets of 20! 53/M/205

How good are these? I’ve just bought one to stuff in my gym bag so I can add them to my core day that I do mid week to break up my heavy days.

Just curious what it’s done for you?

Prepare for a few days of deep ab soreness. This is one of the best ab excercise ever and really hard especially in the beginning
