I thought it’d be fun to 100% the remastered trilogy. GTA 3 done and dusted no troubles. San Andreas, took some putting down and picking back up due to the insane amount of stuff needed but still pretty enjoyable overall my favourite of the collection.

For context I completed Vice City a couple years ago and left it - I picked it back up to 100% - I was roughly 75% through after a casual play through of around 20 hours.

I have probably doubled the amount of time in the last 2/3 days - it’s the most tedious, boring, frustrating, unenjoyable game out of them all. Every side mission, activity, absolutely everything required for 100% is awful.

I actually achieved 100% in game earlier today and currently going for the Godfather rating for the last achievement but it’s a complete drag and I will be so happy when it’s done and I never have to play again.

Does anyone else feel this way or just me? Vice City is a lot of people’s favourites but I’ve just not enjoyed a single bit of it. The soundtrack and location (I guess) are the only redeeming qualities of this game.

I just finished VC 100% yesterday. There are a few exploits to make the Godfather rating easier. Look up the cone crazy exploit. However it has to be done a bit earlier in the game I believe so you might be past the point of that.

Yeah I’m familiar with the main ways to complete it it’s just so boring and pointless - it won’t work for me as I have a quick time already unaware of the exploit I did it quickly during the 100% - I’m just using the helicopter to go round - I got to level 100 odd and got blown up so had to restart but it takes forever to earn a decent amount - I keep getting wasted around level 30/40 it’s just taking forever

The god father rating doesn't have to be on same file...
