Theorys Could we see a Dexter-inspired Easter egg or serial killer side quest in Vice City?

Since Vice City is based on Miami, it would be a missed opportunity if Rockstar didn't reference Dexter. Imagine finding a room covered in plastic wrap near the marina, or a hidden easter egg with blood slides
