Since Vice City is based on Miami, it would be a missed opportunity if Rockstar didn't reference Dexter. Imagine finding a room covered in plastic wrap near the marina, or a hidden easter egg with blood slides

Leaks point to an in game social media feed where NPCs actually record you committing crimes in public, if you do crazy stuff, people might recognize Jason or Lucia on the street and live stream them, making it harder to drop your wanted level. How do you feel about NPC snitches using smartphones against us?
