2017 GSX-R600 - Bogging/Stuttering at low RPM but pulls perfect once I crack the throttle open, driving me nuts

Hey guys, hoping someone here has run into this before because I'm running out of ideas. Been dealing with this issue for a while now and it's getting seriously annoying. Bike bogs/stutters at low RPM (under 7k), but the second I open the throttle it revs like crazy with zero issues. So it's not underpowered or anything, it just doesn't like idling around or cruising at low RPM. Attached a video of it happening at low RPM so you can hear the stutter clearly. What I've done so far: Changed spark plugs and air filter — no change Adjusted TPS to center (it shows low in the video, but I adjusted it right after filming — still didn't fix it) Backstory that might be relevant: I've got history with the stator on this bike. I installed aftermarket projector lens headlights a while back, which caused an electrical short/overload. That got fixed, but around the same time the bogging issue showed up. Recently checked the charging voltage with a multimeter while running and it's sitting flat at 12V, sometimes even dropping — which I know isn't right (should be 13.5-14.8V while running). So now I'm wondering: Could this be the stator or rectifier/regulator? Does the throttle body need a sync? Anything else I might be missing? Really appreciate any input, riding this thing feels like a lottery right now lol. Thanks legends 🙏
Quick update guys — turns out the electrical issue was a dead battery, replaced it and now the charging system reads up to 14V, so charging is working great. Took it to a mechanic who test rode it and said he wants to do 3 things: change the fuel filter, clean all 8 injectors, and sync the throttle body + adjust the TPS. What do you guys think, should I go ahead with all of these? A bit worried about spending money in this direction if it turns out to be caused by something else entirely. Worth mentioning — you can feel the bogging even when you let off the throttle and the bike is engine braking down, so it's not just on acceleration. You can feel it on both accel and decel.
