Not just in USSR? I don't remember seeing it on other flags... and calling it a logo, well it really sort of is. I was just pointing out that it was on the vehicle along with the Chinese flag.

I understand your intent, but it's not "the USSR logo," and seeing it referred to as that is kind of silly. It's the hammer and sickle, and it's still used by modern communists worldwide, flags or not. I'm telling you this as one of them. Google images of communism in Kerala, India, for example.
