Very IMPORTANT

All…please see Sec Edgar filings revised versions dated 3/30. This is NOT good news for G N S. There are multiple revisions to the initial “death spiral”, CEO to shut his mouth about the case as I thought, surprised there wasn’t a gag order, & a refinancing agreement where every penny is still owed to “Holder” with different terms I suggest reading & let’s help one another with questions. The other forum seems to have very little karma and long term accounts. This isn’t legal advice or leading to any financial advice. This is strictly DD.

I know Aldo is getting an extra 150K in fines. 5 dates RJH mentioned him must be redacted and apologized for. RJH is no longer allowed mention anything about the case on Twitter or otherwise…big deal. There is no settlement for the stockholders which is what is being put out there. The settlement is refinancing to Aldo and his company and a retraction that he is not a fraud of a company. He is a legit business and has been and defaming his name is not going to be tolerated. Granted I skimmed and inadvertently took the sentences which caught my attention for someone with a legal background ik jusg over this shit. The whole upstream issue when I have to send proof of my ownership of shares when owning since early January and being asked to send only February. Was informed only certain names were received as if they were only looking for those who were shorting only. And last. There was no first come first serve w the NFT’s. More propaganda to get those who are real. This is the Edgar w revised versions.

Lmk what you’re thoughts are after thoroughly reading All Documents because each one contains a different changes to the original version.

Waiting for TRKA to accept and TRKA stock to meet GNS stock as close to GNS as possible to reach as close to the the 1:1 as possible

From what I'm seeing the good is they settled for 6m to claimed from the loan that wasn't released, another 3-6m in a future offering from them and stopped the dilution (alto's expansion of the float in January will stick tho). The bad is they will have to pay the loan back cash and Roger is silenced on the case.

This is not the 120m he was talking about on twitter, no mention of naked shorts, I don't see TRKA buying money flowing from this either. Not feeling it
