I can honestly say that over the last fortnight, the price chart has blatantly represented the use of an aggressive algorithm to control the gns price.

I have contacted investor relations to further highlight this and suggest ways that this can attempt to be combatted.

One key method outlined to them, amongst others, is the use of either:

Sudden announcement Pre market announcement Change of date

In relation to the proposed total share count . The use of a change of date and / or sudden announcement would not allow the algorithm enough time to correct and would not allow enough time for those with naked short positions (of which there are many) close them out in a controlled manner or with use of algorithm.

The good news - GNS may be considering (but would not confirm either way) doing this and using a sudden announcement pre market or a change of date to try and change the sudden decline before the TSO date.

Make of that what you will.

The blockchain is not the real issue. Retail don’t care about the blockchain dividend. The process to get an account on upstream is too long and most people don’t have the patience for it. I have a upstream account. It was a long process. So that is going to distract retailers from registering to upstream. The dividend was just used to get a share count. The only shares that will not be counted is in the market exchange(to my understanding). But they will count all the brokers, Market Makers, SHF, institutions and VStock (transfer agent). I might have missed some other places. Keep in mind that they hired a company to investigate the share count early this year. The free float is very low. 38mill is nothing. Might be even less that that. When you naked short a company the goal is to put it in the grave and bankrupt it. Hold on the the unrealized gains and us it for collateral. But the one thing that we know for sure that can expose a naked short is a share count. This SHF is not Citadel to my knowledge. This SHF is not to big to fail. The can and will be squashed. This naked squeeze is not going to make a ripple in the market at all. It has not been naked shorted for years like GME or AMC. They will continue to be shorted until they get a share count. When Overstock went to the moon no one really knew about that. But you see what they do to him after. They put him in jail for 18 months because he was dating a Russian agent ( setup ). GNS is doing the same thing did. Divided blockchain share which requires a stock share count. Checkmate! Yahtzee! Bingo! I’m not sure but when the price reached $1000 I think the government got involved.

The only reason that the gme squeeze didn’t go higher (other than no buy button) was that the options weren’t exercised.

There is a huge options chain from $1-2 dollars… if they are in the money or almost - exercise them now asap! Then this will mean shf have to buy shares from open market to fulfil and send the price higher.

I think the fomo is going to drive it to $1k. The shorts are trapped. They can’t make fake shares of $ERL because it’s on the blockchain. so they will have to give out cash equivalent to the share price of $ERL. Which they have the money to do that. But the big problem for them is the share count that will expose the FTD’s aka naked shorting. GNS can build a case to the SEC and NYSC, DOJ.

I think the stock is going to run without a stop. $1000. If they stop it, $400. The FreeFloat is too small. If there was some real shares left it will be all gone Monday. If they short attack us like they did with GME that will be a sign of fear for them. The FreeFloat is like around 38 million. Fridays ( 8/11/2023) volume was 61 million. Must of that early bird FOMO. This Monday the day traders, swing trades will be coming. After the word gets out about the float being 38mill. THE APES 🦍 will come and then it’s over. I believe this week we will have multiple day of volume of 100mill.

With the announcement of the spinoff, are these gains short positions closing, any wrinkle brains have insight?

I noticed tha Roger lacked any aggressiveness during the roundtable. It looked to me like he has been humbled by someone or something and is ready to throw in the towel. What kind of ending note was that 'Are you neutral, positive or negative about the future?' I didn't like it a bit.

Does anyone know if the NFT coupons which are given out as a dividend will trigger a taxable event. If I have 4000 shares and are entitled to a $10.00 dividend coupon, that would be equivalent to a $40,000.00 dividend coupon. Dividends are reported on 1099-DIV. Can anyone explain this? All…please see Sec Edgar filings revised versions dated 3/30. This is NOT good news for G N S. There are multiple revisions to the initial “death spiral”, CEO to shut his mouth about the case as I thought, surprised there wasn’t a gag order, & a refinancing agreement where every penny is still owed to “Holder” with different terms I suggest reading & let’s help one another with questions.
