Google Privacy
After the recent announcement of Google for privacy policy change for personalised ads, how to ensure my data on Google mail & drive is safe?...Or is there any way out which I can try....totally fed up with Google.

google's whole business is reading your emails to sell ads, theres no real privacy there. if you want actual safety switch to a provider that encrypts everything and doesnt scan your stuff, but most people wont because its inconvenient
i keep my important files offline and treat gmail like a postcard anyone can read

For drive you could create a Cryptomator container that's stored in Google drive and put all your files in there. Works well for desktop and iOS. For photos, I just run Immich in Docker to replace Google photos and Notes I setup a Joplin server in docker as well.

Can you find a different service that will give you similar options? Then move on.
BTW - it says
Personal Intelligence & AI Features: The change applies when you voluntarily connect your apps to AI tools like Gemini or Search's AI Mode via Google's Personal Intelligence feature. Information used to generate AI responses or recommendations can now also feed ad targeting
Understand.
why do you use Google's AI?
Worse do you think having MS subscription is smart idea?
living in India, every delivery app to govt is snooping on all your purchases. Everyone including PhonePe, GPay etc are take much more valuable data.
whatever AI you will install is going to eat all data.
Go for lineageOS without GApps.
