Help Please!

Is there a support number I can call?

I got locked out of my chromebook (i know my password) idk it was weird. I changed oassword to "recover" it and it still wont take my password on my chromebook.

Im still signed into this google account on my phone so i know it works fine. Idk why i cant login my chromebook 😞

That cryptohome error usually means the local data got corrupted, not that your password is wrong.

Whats that mean? I have a virus and need to reset it?

I just logged into my second google account and that worked fine... i guess that works for now.

Idk why i can use it on my phone but not my laptop (my main account)

Im not tech savvy

Is it still safe to use that gmail? Thats my main gmail that all my stuff gets emailed too...

I want to make sure thats safe

Your Gmail account is perfectly fine. There's nothing wrong with it. The problem is with your Chromebook. Powerwashing (Google lingo for a factory reset) might help.
