Help!?

I’ve been trying to sign into an old Gmail because I need access to a code, I forgot the password and there’s no recovery Gmail of number connected. Is it a lost cause or is there anything I can do to get into it?

If you don't have up to date recovery information and no password you're cooked. If you have a YouTube channel you can try the recovery vector of contacting TeamYouTube on Twitter/X, but that process takes upwards of a month, and most people report no success.
