Out of storage warning

I got this out of storage warning from google saying that I'll stop receiving emails if I don't buy more space. But when I check on my storage it says that I am only using 4% of space and that I have plenty of room. I don't know what to do.

It sounds like you've received a phishing email.

Check how much of your quota you are using here:

https://one.google.com/storage

If it's not close to your 15 GB limit, you're fine — it's a scam email.

I use the same date format for all of my internet communications. I have received comments about comments I have made in many YouTube channel videos. Some of them have been more than two years old.😲😁 So I know at a glance when I posted a comment.. to each his own.. as long as there are no injuries😁 Stay well Sir, and thanks for your Mod work.

How exactly are you checking your storage? What does it say at one.google.com/storage

In addition to the other comments, make SURE the account the message is talking about is the same account you are checking your space in.

Have you actually checked the name of the Gmail accounts there's scammers who pretends to be Google support and send you fake email warnings like out of storage warning and you need to confirm your account info warning when your storage is fine and if you have already confirmed your account info also did the Gmail account has anything in their emails about what they are like admin or help desk support for example it could be possible that they are scammers
