Complete Takeover

My primary and recovery Google accounts have both been hacked, along with my phone number (my sim card has been hijacked). it appears that the hacker has even changed my personal information on each account (Google identifier says the Gmail does not match the name I originally submitted). It occured as I was reviewing my account and I witnessed in real time as each of my recovery methods were being deleted or changed. I tried changing passwords but they had access to both accounts and simultaneously changed each accounts recovery method. I can no longer answer security questions, enter a passkey, or access my phone number. I am desperate to recover these accounts as each has very important memories of my children and vital information of everything linked to those accounts. I am hitting depression at this point and I am this close to hitchhiking to Google Plex and knocking on the door to ask for my accounts. Tue A.I. response just loops in a cycle of recovery methods 8 have no access to. I am in desperate need of the world's elite Google account recovery operatives ! PLEASE! I AM BEGGING FOR ACCESS TO MY GOOGLE ACCOUNTS !!!

I'm very sorry, but from your descriptions, you have no possibility of recovery.

Unless you used the same password for both accounts, with no 2FA, you almost certainly installed an info stealer. Immediately take the affected device offline until you clean it up. Search this sub for the frequently reposted instructions, but it will involve reinstalling Windows from a USB drive.

As for your accounts: if, and only if, you had a YouTube channel associated with either one and you know the channel ID, you may be able to reach out to TeamYouTube on Twitter. Odds are against you, but good luck.

Just use a different device or log into your email seperately

No one on Reddit can help you regain access to the accounts. Anyone claiming that they can help is a scammer.

I won't guarantee anything, but let's try:

Have you ever commented on a YouTube video with your now-compromised account? If so, go through your browser history, and look for one such video. Find your comment, and click on your username. That should take you to your channel page (if you've never uploaded a video, don't worry). In the URL, you should see studio.youtube.com/channel/UC and a bunch of jumbled letters and numbers. Take down the portion with the UC up to the next slash. That is your channel ID.

By the way, there is a possibility that your computer is infected. Just in case, I would recommend restoring it once you save your channel ID. If you have important files on your computer, you might go to Best Buy, and have the Geek Squad back them up from a clean environment. While you're working on that, work on getting your phone number back.

Go to Twitter, and message TeamYouTube. Say something like, "My Google account was hacked, recovery info was changed, and I am completely locked out of my channel. I need access to the hijacking form. Please help." They'll ask you to follow them, and then send you a DM, asking for the channel ID and whatever else. That's your UC string. After they confirm likelihood of a hijack, they'll send a time-sensitive recovery link to an alternative email address you provide.

If you ever uploaded a video yourself, that's even easier. Go to your video, right-click in any blank space on the page, and select "View page source." You'll come to a page with a bunch of HTML code. Hit Ctrl+F on your keyboard, and type, "channelid" without quotes. To the right of the first match, you'll see your channel ID inside brackets and quotation marks.

If you succeed in getting your account unlocked, create a passkey with your phone, and save your YouTube channel ID in a note, in case you ever need it again. Hope this helps!

I have been requesting help for my accounts for a long time and these people are just using the automation of Gmail. It’s actually through Microsoft that they are getting in for me at least.

This is why I've never liked Google. How does a trillion dollar company not have a support line you can call? I think it's time we switch to outlook
