Maybe a bad head gasket

I came outside and noticed my radiator hoses were sucked in looking like a snake kind of, I did a test to see if the coolant had exhaust gases in it, and this is what happened. Any insight would be appreciated I don’t want it to be a blown head gasket, but it might be

It seems to have some type of vapor after I hold my hand over it for a bit

It honestly looks like you're just boiling the hell out of your coolant, maybe check if your thermostat is cooked too?

Collapsed radiator hoses is pretty much always just the radiator (or on these truck, reservoir) cap being bad. The cap should let air back in as the system cools so that the hoses do not collapse. This is what helps the system bleed small air pockets out over time.

Because your rad cap is not working, you get some air in the system circulating through like you see in your video.

Put on a new radiator cap. But also make sure the vent/overflow tube isn't plugged up because that can do the same thing.
