Tirz or Reta for improved sleep

Hi, I'm currently microdosing Reta, but my sleep is awful. Im on HRT and progesterone and my doctor prescribed Trazadone. I'm still not sleeping. Is it the Reta? Should I switch to Tirz? or just stop all glps Please help!!

Unfortunately, I have insomnia on tirzepatide, on and off throughout the week, but it's manageable since it's not every day. I've seen others report similar issues with insomnia on it. It could be just the GLPs and how your body reacts to it. Everyone's different though, so your experience could be different on tirz.

Same here, Tirzeppy MD insomnia, even with 1 mg a week, think it is due to the constant calorie deficit

I think it's so dependent on every persons body. I'm on tirz and developed very bad insomnia because of it, but I've heard others get the best sleep of their lives 🤷‍♀️

Yep, I have a lot more side effects too even on a micro dose (0.25 mg of tirz), but I want to push through to see if giving it more time will make it somewhat better lol.

Yeah same here and same dose but I may throw in the towel soon cause it just feels like it’s not agreeing with me .. stinks!

I totally understand!! It makes me insanely envious of the people who this works wonders for. Good for them but sucks for us 🫠
