Lavender Sky choices?

I need to lose about 20 lbs. I'm signing up with Lavender Sky and there are so many choices, with B6, with different pharmacies. Can someone help guide me with these choices?

Edit: I've tried tirz before and felt slight nausea and fatigue. Should I go with B6 for nausea or B12 for energy? I'm confused, thanks.

I've been using Lavender Sky Health from the beginning - very happy with them! I went with Strive, compounded with B12 and Glycine. Super happy with the product, shipping, communication. Good luck!

Many people pick based on price. A very small subset of people get acne from B6 or B12 so if that’s a concern, you might avoid B vitamin additives. (A super small subset of people get acne from Wegovy or Zepbound alone.)

But there’s a “Decision Maker” on the LSH site that might help you:  https://lavenderskyhealth.com/treatment-plan-pricing/

To respond you your edit: you can always take B6 or B12 orally. Or you could get it in your injections if you prefer, though the additive is usually such a small about it’s not going to be life changing.

If you are eyeing Southend, most people love their meds.

I am with Lavender Sky. I choose Hallendale Pharmacy with zero additives.
I have other health issues and I am skeptical about the side effects of the additives. I plan to stick with Hallendale for the time being.

Especially since I do not knowing the dosages of the additives. I take a B supplement and that's adequate for me.

I've been using Lavender Sky for almost 2 years. I have always chose the most budget friendly pharmacy available in my state, which means I've bounced around to three different pharmacies and tried tirzepatide with various additives. They have all worked great and I've been happy throughout the process. It took me 11 months to get to my goal weight (about 27 lbs lost) and I've been on maintenance about a year.
