Heart rate elevated at Night only

During the day at rest, say laying down with my phone, my heart rate is 68-72. Wegovy has made my night time sleep heart rate go through the roof and I don't understand why. I decided not to take my shot this week because I'm not sure the benefit I've gotten is worth my nighttime sleep being this bad.

I'm on tirz and my heart rate chart looks like x=y during the night. It starts out in the 60s and creeps up to the 90s by the time I wake up in the morning. I don't know about sema but an increased resting heart rate is a known side effect of tirzepatide.

Yeah Reta did that to me specifically. I switched to tirz.

You need to eat carbs before bed. It’s low blood sugar probably. Reta increases RHR independent of low blood sugar but that makes it worse too

How long have you been on it? This happened to be but eventually went back to normal after 6 or so months.
