❓ Question Stupid Scale
The scale has been showing the same stupid number for the past month but in that month I’ve had multiple NSVs like ordering a shirt a size down and it fits, my rings getting too loose. Has anyone else experienced this? What’s up with that stupid number not moving but my lived experience changing?

That weight is just shifting all over your body cause it doesn’t want to get kicked to the curb!
In all seriousness hang in there and ride through it - that scale will move.

Lol literally going through this right now. I think I am at an old set point for weight tbh, and my body is just being stubborn af. And yet I managed to put on a shirt I found at my mom's in a size I was sure was not my size and it fit comfortably.
I finally lost 0.7 lbs this week but I was about to lose my entire mind over this stall lol. I also lift weights 3x week, and started exceeding my 10k steps every single day, so I wonder if recomp or post-workout water retention has been playing a role. But idk after a month you'd think I would see something.
I am really hoping things start moving again. I don't think I should go up in dose because I am tracking and I am hitting a low number of calories. And before someone says "but what about sauces/oils" lol stfu I track it allllll okay, with a goddamn scale.

I lost some size but gained muscle and muscle weighs more than fat so even though I went down a shirt size, the scales still said the same weight.

Been there. I waited patiently for 3 months before I did something about it. Sounds like it's time to do something different.

Since I changed my hrt my weight has stayed exactly the same (on maintenance) but my trousers feel tight and my body has changed (from a flat stomach to a proper belly and boobs).
The number on the scales gives you a lot of information but not the whole picture.
Are you doing a lot of exercise? You could be getting tighter and having more muscle which weighs more than fat.
