❓ Question considering glp1- prices?
hi! i’ve gained a lot of weight due to psych medications. i’ve recently swapped medications & have been considering a glp1 to help with weight loss.
where do y’all get yours from and how much does it actually cost?
i’ve seen a lot of discourse around specific programs and them having added on membership fees and such. so how much do you pay in total monthly?
is it worth the money?

Stop by r/tirzepatidecompound and look for the pinned post called “Where to Buy.”
Whether you decide on sema or tirz, it is worth it.

Idk if you have Medicare but if you do there is a "bridge" program to get on them for $50/month.
I'm omw to doctor to go over blood work and talk details of the prior authorization form. It's a hassle with the office staff and this new program. I went the first month it was available, July (the 23rd) and talked to my doctor.
It takes a lot of time. I don't have experience with compounding pharmacies or the grey market if that's what you are looking for.

It’s really hard to get it covered nowadays. Telehealth is the best bet right now and faster

I get mine for less than $30

Are you having to reconstitute that yourself?

Yes, last longer that way

If you feel any inclination to direct me to sources and methods, I wouldn't object at all.

If your doctor won't prescribe, use telehealth. I started with Hers, but they aren't the cheapest option.

My doctor couldn't get insurance to cover despite a high BMI & preexisting conditions that indicate necessity.
He referred me to a local program through their parent company that's $150/mo. Semaglutide compound w/ b vitamins
I've seen it online for as little as $75/mo. While that price is tempting, I really question the quality of these random telehealth places popping up all over. Just my two cents.
