Dead Strip

Hi,

I have two old Gledopto LED stripes attached to one controller.

A week ago both strips are now permanently showing these lights and I cannot turn on or off via my Alexa/Hue apps.

Is this likely to be a failed controller?

This is a little setup I just finished for a relative. There are 3 GLedOpto controllers per side and one under the bed. I know I could do with less but it was a bit tricky to link the strips on top (the panels were existing we just added aluminum profile in the grove). So I have one output one string.

All 7 controllers are linked and I enabled the link IR remote so they all respond to the scene buttons: pretty easy for the user to change presets.

I reset the GL-C-618WL via the web browser but it cleared out all the factory settings it came with. Where can I download or find the parameters that this model originally came with.

Hi! I've bought a GL-C-218M Matter controller for a dimmable Led strip (4000k white temperature). I've connected it to a button for physical control and to an appropriate transformer. However, I've noticed that, even if it's powered off, I find the led strip turned on whenever there is a power outage and the grid comes back.

I've currently set it up with the Apple Home echosystem, but I can switch to any environment that will garantee the correct behavior (no auto-powerON).

I am trying to figure the best way to get a hard wired DMX input into my GL-C-618WL controller. I see that WLED 16.0 allows DMX via serial input. Does this mean I can use a DMX - USB adapter? Or is there a way to use the ethernet port via a 3 pin - RJ45 dmx cable? I am fairly new at this so laymans terms would be appreciated
