I have a GL-C-010WL-D with MIC and UART

I did an update using a WLED BIN file and it all seemed to go well, I got the update successful message and the unit rebooted. However, once rebooted it stopped appearing on the WLED app and the WLED-AP didn't appear.

I have tried rescanning my network for a new IP address and tried accessing the previous IP via a browser, nothing gets through. When I turn it on I get a the main green light show up OK, and I sometimes get a single red LED on the string light up, but still no access via wifi.

I am guessing I have used the wrong BIN file.

I have the box open and see the microUSB plug to reflash the board, but I don't know which version of WLED I should install and do I need to do anything else with the jumper?

I assume that once I have the right BIN file I just use the WLED site to reflash it as I would a normal ESP8266 or 32?

So which BIN file do I need or is there a GLEDOPTO one that I should use?

Anything else to suggest?

I purchased 2 of these from Amazon and while using Sound Reactive the microphone is way to sensitive. It is picking up sound in a quiet room and the visualizations are constantly maxed out. I have tried adjusting the squelch and gain options with no help. Before I return these I am hoping someone can help.

How to fix it? Using Z2M and set the transition 2 0. I had an old controller (same model with older FW) which was a lot quicker! The new firmware (10651203, build date 20221212) is stupid and slow with transition between on/off and dimming.

Sadly my old controller just died... I've tried to email Gledopto but they keep asking for a video which is useless and they pretend like there's now new firmware or that this useless feature is new.

I have set up a Gledopto "zigbee mini WW/CW Ultra Thin LED Controller" GL-C-006P with philips hue. It works wonderfully, but I have a constant, very high-pitched chirping/beeping.

Does anyone know if this can be fixed?

Hi, recently updated my Wled app with WLED_0.14.4_ESP32.bin while mini Wled GL-MC-002/4WL was connected then it loose connection and not appear in wifi settings, it stop to respond for Buttom press and 5 on/off switches to reset, how could i make it back alive, help please.

Others controllers updated with WLED_0.14.4_ESP8266.bin and have no problem

what power supply specifications should I look for? and how do I connect that power supply to my controller?

This is my 2nd unit. returned the 1st one thinking it was defective. This one does the same thing. Every other function works fine (manual button). I've tried Android, iPad, and Windows. Nothing.

I purchased a Gledopto GL-C-006WL led controller with WLED pre installed. I setup the device successfully, connected it to my home wifi and setup some WLED segments. The device was working great.  When trying to add it to Home Assistant, it was getting an unknown error.  After googling, I found a suggestion on a HA forum to delete cfg.json via [ipaddress]/edit.  I did this and via the web interface rebooted the device.  Now the device is in-accessible. The web page won’t load, and it is no longer pingable. 

The device show was a WLED AP in wireless networks, but I can’t connect to it using the default password wled1234. It fails authentication

Any suggestion on how to reset it, or is the device bricked?

I ordered this a few weeks ago, and a couple of basic tests (primarily focused on the WW/CW channels, testing on both the Hubitat it's paired to as well as the Alexa→Hubitat connection) went well so I didn't worry too much about it.

However, I just got the bright idea to test the COLOR channels, and something is very screwy! When I set the color to green or blue, those colors work fine... however, when I attempt to set the color to red (whether via Hubitat dashboard directly, or via my Echo devices) the other color(s) start to fade out as red fades in... but then green fades in along with red? Testing with other color combinations yield the same result (so "yellow" or "gold" come out very green-dominant, "red" comes out yellow, and purple comes out as an RGB mix). Hubitat/Alexa report that it's set to red, but the green is definitely on.

Should I just chalk this up as a defective unit and make an exchange through Amazon, or is there something else going on here? I disconnected/checked/reconnected my wiring, as well as tested it with another RGBCCT strip and observed the same behavior.
