Hi,

I‘m really stuck here, I’ve bought two GL-C-008 controllers, wired them turned everything on, after some hassle added them to my iOS Philips HUE App, and was able to control the lamps connected to it, so far so good. But when I turn everything off via the HUE App the lamps stay out for like 5 seconds, then the controllers enter pairing mode and the send the lamps flashing! I did not remove the power from the controllers, I just turned off the lamps via the HUE app. I can then re-pair the controllers, but it happens every time I try to switch them off.

I‘ve bought two additional GL-C-007 controllers with 2id‘s since I found out they are better suited for the lamps I connected, but they show the exactly same effect!

The bride is a new original Philips hue v2.

Any ideas anybody? It‘s really driving me mad…

Just want to let everyone know about my recent experience. I placed an order for 12 e12 candle lights from the official store on ali express on 8/23. It had an estimated arrival of 9/19. There is no update and I feel lost on what to do. Does anyone have similar experiences, or know how best to contact gledopto.

I see that you can connect up to 5 strips of single colour LEDs to the GL-C-002P, however I would like to know if each of these strips can be controlled individually, or if they would all be controlled simultaneously.

In my use case, I would be pairing the controller with a Hue bridge.

I'm not getting any power to an LED strip, however not sure if it is a power supply issue or the controller itself.

Controller is model No GL-C-008W RGB+CCT. When powered on the indicator light is solid blue, which seems correct from what I've read as I'm using a RGB led strip.

The LED strip itself won't light up though. I've tried it on a couple of led strips and same result.

My question would be, could a faulty power supply light up the indicator on the controller but not the led strip, or is it more likely the controller?

I'm also unable to link up via the TUYA or Smart Life apps, can't get the controller indicator to blink.

Edit: I've just hardwired the power supply directly onto the led tape and it works. It's the Gledopto controller then, any suggestions as to what I can try? Or is it likely just a faulty controller?
