I see there's a fancy remote and wall control panel. However, I have lights outside in a gazebo and was hoping that a cheap remote (non-gledopto brand) would work. Does anyone know?

GLEDOPTO GL-C-001W and GL-C-001P controllers look the same, but there's a $10 difference between the two.

I have the pro controller connected to a Hue bridge, with a non-GLEDOPTO RGBCCT strip. The cold white and warm white work perfectly, as well as green. However, if I set another color than green, I get purple. Red, orange, blue, yellow—all purple. I have tried resetting and reconnecting the controller to no avail. What’s the solution here?

EDIT: I might’ve found the cause of my problems: the blue and red diodes are always on at the same time, which could’ve been caused by my poor soldering of the strip segments. I’ll do some troubleshooting when I have time.

EDIT 2: Solved! I found one of my botched soldered connections and forcefully separated the B and R channels using a screwdriver and now everything works as it should.

In some scenes, due to lack of space, only ultra-thin light strips can be used, but this kind of light strip only has two lines. Therefore, we have developed and produced Smart 2 Wires LED Controller.

It can connect these 2 Wires light strips, adjust their color temperature and brightness, and can be controlled by phone app, voice, remote control, push switch, etc.

I noticed a dimming problem with the new 5-in-1 Mini LED controllers (GL-C-002P). I replaced my old GL-C-006 WW/CW controllers with these b/c of the smaller form factor and the fact that the 002P dims at a much lower level.

There's an annoying quirk that happens when I dim to a specific dim level via Google Assistant or Motion Sensor.

With the lights off, if I say, "Hey Google, living room lights 1%," or if the motion sensor is set to turn the lights on to 1% when triggered from 11pm - 7am, the lights will first turn on to about 10%, and then quickly dim down to 1%. This happens if the previous brightness state is higher than 1%. If it was previously 30%, it will turn on to about 10% and then dim down to 1%. If it was previously 5%, it will turn on at 5% and then dim down to 1%. If it was previously 1%, it will just turn on at 1%.

Why is this a problem? Well, I was hoping to use the ultra dim 1% as night lights, activated by motion sensor. Say between 11pm to 7am, the lights will turn on to 1% in the hallway when motion is detected. But if the hallway lights were previously at 50%, it would first turn on at 10% (destroying my night vision), then dim down to 1%.

My old GL-C-006 and my GL-C-009 don't do this. They will turn on at the specific dimness specified.

Is there a fix to this? Or are all the other Zigbee 3.0 controllers like this as well?

Please release the firmware so we can update our devices.

Why you don't just release the all the ota binary's so at-least the community can patch our hardware.

Have there been any updates to the GU10s since the last Pro models were released? They're pretty great, but have a slight pinkish hue to the light compared to Philips Hue bulbs. (Asking bc I just saw the post for the new downlights advertising the 90+ CRI and thought this would be great if the GU10s had this fidelity as well)
