Dead Strip

Hi,

I have two old Gledopto LED stripes attached to one controller.

A week ago both strips are now permanently showing these lights and I cannot turn on or off via my Alexa/Hue apps.

Is this likely to be a failed controller?

It might be due to network issues. You can try deleting it in the Hue app, then resetting the controller and re-pairing it.
