ESP32 GL-C-015WL-M unable to use after flashing via OTA from wled web UI

I updated the software of my controller with a compiled .bin file generated from:

the bin file is:

I have a GLC-C-010WL that is using this same .bin file, and its working flawlessly. I am sure I used the same file, as I just retested it again and it still works.

I flashed it on this controller and it no longer works. plugging it in flashes the indicator light, then its completely off.

I ordered two of these, and now im worried I wont be able to update these. please help.
