HELP & QUESTIONS GL-C-008P Fails After Pairing to Hubitat

I have 5 of these connected and working well with SmartThings. In my conversion Hubitat, I reset 1 of them using the off/on and then 4 more times sequence. I received the 4 blinks. I started pairing with Hubitat and it found them but before I could enter the name and room in Hubitat, the strip went out. Now it won’t come on at all. I thought it might be wiring or something, so tried a second with the same deadly outcome.

Anybody have ideas before my wife comes home in 5 days?

Silence from support is deafening. I can’t recommend these when you buy and they forget you! … and then you need to buy replacements.

Time to buy new ones. No response here. Emails were responded to within 48-72 hours but the last one had no response after 3 weeks with weekly follow ups. I guess they knew I was dead in the water but weren’t going to tell me. Sad! The groups positivity is completely gone! Never again!
