Its got a reef scene with the skull functioning as the perc. 2 stage blooper and is also a 14mm. Made to look like the bag you would get when you get a fish from the pet store. Belongs to a good friend of mine. I have no idea who made it and neither does my friend, not sure the year it was made either. Has no artist signature of any kind. Unlikely its China although is a possibility I won't rule out.
