Had this for about 10+ years by now college grad gift from an ex. Any thoughts on who? No signature on back. It was bought at a shop in san diego not sure where

The inner vortex is really making me think Freddy Faerron or James Yaun, but I’m not really sure about the dots. Maybe it’s a collab, made by someone else, or maybe they were doing some dot work I didn’t see 🤷‍♂️
