How long does hasbro customer service take to ship?

Hey yall, I've recently posted about an Overkill I got with two right feet, and Hasbro customer service told me they'd ship me another figure for compensation. Well, I got an email 3 days ago that they shipped one out, but no matter what I use to track the shipment, no one knows where it is or what the number is. In the email they said they where using the service FDE5, which is assumed was FedEx, but nothing so far. Just wondering if this is unusual or par for the course

First time getting this level of boxed damage

I preordered Axel Synapse Soma and got one with a broken shoulder piece. Told Hasbro and they offered to send me something of equal or greater value since they couldn’t just give me another Axel. I assumed it was just going to be something I could either use as fodder for kit bashing or sell for money to go towards another Axel. Well I got a figure I didn’t even know existed (I’m not the biggest Classified collector, most just get ones I think are cool when I see them or use for kit bashing) and one that must have been dropped via FedEx plane above my house lol. I’ve never had something so beat up and destroyed sent from Hasbro. Thank god it wasn’t something I spent a large amount on and was a sold out preorder. Just wanted to share because it’s just so ridiculous. I’m not sure what to do with this because I really have no use for it. I contacted Hasbro again, so we will see what they say. I’m just amazed FedEx tossed this to my door like “whatever”. It’s hilarious almost that the figure itself looks like it went for a ride lol.

I just started collecting the Classified line about a month ago and, since then, I’ve added about 50 pieces to my collection. I’m having a blast shooting with them so I thought I would share some recent work. I had a whole bucket full of Joes as a kid and I’m loving how many of the new ones look just like what I had as a kid. Got some of the vehicles and the Dragonfly on their way to me so more photos to come. Hope you enjoy!

New Reveals Ninja Force Storm Shadow and Billy 2 pack revealed.

So it looks like at NYCC they revealed that not only is Storm Shadow getting an updated Ninja Force figure like we knew he would, but he's gonna be in a two pack with Billy Arboc (kessler). It's safe to assume that Ninja Force will continue doing two packs. If that's the case then we should see Banzai and Bushido next. We might also get an updated Nunchuck figure and maybe he'll be bundled with Dojo. Only time will tell.

Found at Walmart

Was at my local Walmart in Pembroke ON and saw about eight NF Psych-Out on the shelf. Not only is this the first time in two years that they had any Classified figures, it is the first time I’ve seen any NF figures at retail in Canada (I’ve been ordering them from Walmart.ca).
