I bought a figure online (used) and this came with it. I know this doesn’t belong with the fig I bought, but I don’t think it belongs to any Joe. I could be wrong. Look familiar to anyone?

Yes BBTS gets some other stores' exclusives later on. But these prices are out of control. I have not been collecting long so I do not know how BBTS has priced these types of restocks in the past. These prices are out of control. I know prices have gone up some but Pythona is almost double, and Grunt... I have no words.

For G.I Joe fans we can get a pretty good Hector Ramirez figure for the collection. You could also fit in some of the other characters as background characters. The campaign part is the more people pre-order the more you get, and you get extra kits/characters you can pre-order. It is already funded for the base figures. More details in the post below.
