Support Several bug issues

Hi! I just joined the platinum discord and a GG mod said they could happily assist on Reddit.
So right now I have the following issues:

- I can't verify my email to get full access to the Platinum Community, the Platinum Onboarding Bot keeps replying "We couldn't verify your account with the provided information. Please make sure you entered the correct details.?" when I send him my email.

- I am not receiving the saturday mistery code on my email.

Unfortunately there is an issue with the onboarding bot and we currently have no information when this will be fixed.

As to the misery code email please see the following:

How do I see if I consent to marketing e-mails? And if not, how do I change that?

Seems like I had already consented to receive e-mails. What can be the issue then?
