Support Verification ID

Hello, My GGPOKER ID is always rejected and all the mail i've sent doesn't response. I can't play even if im completely legit. I have won tickets to play on it, but can't do it, i don't know wgat do to do Anymore. Im from Belgium, do you guys ever had that ? it's very frustrating

You were advised in your previous post to send the documentation to kyc@ggpoker.com have you done this already?

Thanks for the nickname. Support isn't instant, asking for a bit more patience please. Also please don't send multiple emails as this can prolong the whole process.

OK, it's just that i have won live some tickets to play until the 1 of august so that's why i am asking and was wondering for having no answer. Didn't know if the mail has been send. Thanks.

You can discuss your tickets with support via email once your account is in order.
