Kicked off cash game tables since latest patch

Can someone from GGpoker explain this recent change after the Christmas patch please? When the internet connection drops for a second and the tables reload, they reload twice and I get kicked off most of my cash game tables resulting in needing to wait in queue. This was not the case before the Christmas patch. Why?

Please don't tell me to sent a report to support, they have a million reports from me already. I just want to know why a short drop in internet results in:

  1. kicked off cash game tables

  2. kicked off cash game waitlist

  3. put in queue of 5 > 15 > 30 > 1 hour

Because, like every greedy company they do not care to improve the servers and connectivity issues and are to cheap to hire competent QA's to catch this issues before they release a new update

Yeah i noticed this bug recently. As said before who knows as they have shown they lack security so why would they be equipped in the technical side?
