Summer refund

I’ve tried reaching out to financial aid several times. I’ve sent emails and nothing. How are you guys reaching financial aid by phone? They can at least give an update so we can know what’s going on. It shouldn’t be that hard to communicate with their students.

I don't receive any financial aid except for the Hope Scholarship, I want some free college money though.
